In a word: Fabulous. John and his crew did a great job making a horrible flooding situation as bearable as he could. My mother's home flooded in the last round of heavy rain and he arrived quickly, cleaned up just as fast and charged a fair price for his excellent work. He also made good on his promise to treat my mom like his own--and although she would have liked to have met him under better circumstances(!) she says she was and still is VERY pleased with his work going as far as to say that she trusted his crew implicitly while they were in her home. You got back to me with a verbal quote within 24 hours which was outstanding, especially considering you called me back on the weekend in the evening! Your crew was on time to clean and scrub the mold, and they worked quickly and were gone. They left me with information regarding what they had done, the filter and blower which they left in place and the reasons for them, and said I would be contacted for the final "after shock" treatment on Saturday morning. I received a call on Friday night from you that the painter would be at my house at 8 AM. He was, and he worked diligently to get his job done by the afternoon. They were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days of initial contact. My tenants hired a previous contractor that tried to up sell us to get the entire air duct system cleaned. Luckily the tenants decided not to go beyond the $10 a vent initial offer. They provided me with the "Step Up" list of services and costs. It seemed so out of line that I decided to join Angie's list and find somebody with good reviews. I am so pleased with the results. Not only did J H make contact that night but we had a phone conversation and set up an appointment the next morning. He was able assess the scope of work over the phone and provide me with a up front estimate. They confirmed the poor quality of the initial cleaning and performed every service on the competitor's list for a much better price.*

We purchased a 17-year-old home, and apparently the AC ducts had never been cleaned, and the AC filter had never been changed. We hired JH Cleaning to come out and clean out the ducts. They did a terrific job; they showed up on time, they were professional, and they knew what they were doing. They even did some extras for us (cleaned our dryer vent as well as some mold that had developed in the ducts). We also ended up buying a washable AC filter from them.
